Account & Data Deletion

GymFlow lets you delete your account and associated data at any time, either directly within the app or by emailing us — you do not need to have the app installed to request deletion.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

What happens next depends on your role:

• Gym Owner: Your gym's subscription billing is cancelled immediately, and the gym is closed for every staff member and member — this cannot be undone from the app.
• Staff or Member: Your own account is deactivated and you will no longer be able to log in.

Option 2 — Request deletion without the app

Email us with your registered email address and the name of your gym (if applicable), and we will process your account and data deletion request.

What Gets Deleted

• Your name, email, phone number, and profile photo
• Your login credentials
• Attendance records and push-notification device tokens associated with your account

What May Be Retained

Certain financial records (such as payment/transaction history) may be retained for a limited period after deletion where required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance purposes. This data is retained only for that purpose and is not used for any other purpose after your account is deleted.
